Step 1 - Complimentary Over HKD10,000
Fitting before buying
There is always hesitant when we shop online. We are here to solve the problem. For each order over HKD 10,000 we offer a complimentary fitting mold plus virtual fitting session with our professional tailors, to make sure the suit fits exactly as when you visit us physically.
Step 2 - Dispatch within 7 Days
Fitting Mold
After placing the order, fitting mold will be sent approx 10 working days. The fitting mold is a prototype of your garment made by specific fabric, you DO NOT have to return after virtual fitting session.
Step 3 - Once Fitting Mold Arrives
Book Appointment
Once you have received the fitting mold, you are now ready to contact us for a virtual fitting, you will be able to check availability time slot by clicking the link on left.
Step 4 - Comments and Feedbacks
Virtual Fitting
During the session, you will have to put on the fitting mold, it would be remanded if you can do so in advance. We will listen to your feedback and ask a series of questions, our aim is to confirm as much size and style detail as possible to minimize any uncertainties.
Step 5 - 14 working days
Relax and Wait.
Production will begin right after virtual fitting ends. It will take approx 14 days for tailors to work on the final garment. We will provide tracking information as soon as parcel been collected.
