Step 1 - Tell Us Your Needs

If you are considering to get a uniform quote from us, you can simply click the button on left to contact us. Within your request, please make sure you have provided order info as below: quantity, style and fabric requirement for an accurate quotation.
Step 2 - Within 5 Working Days
Design Proposal
After receiving your request, we will be able to provide a design proposal within 5 working days. Fabric selection, style and general quotation will be included.
Step 3 - 50% Deposit
Order confirmation
Once we have come to an agreement, we will sign an official contract for the order. A 50% up front payment is requested before production (including measuring service if needed).
Step 4 - Approx 1 Month
Production
Production lead time will start counting when ALL fabrics, measurements and initial deposit have been checked and confirmed. Our average lead time for a uniform order is one month (depending on order size).
Step 5 - 50% Balance
Order Delivery
When order is ready, we will notify our client to proceed with the remaining 50% balance before delivery or shipping. For local delivery (Hong Kong only), we can arrange pick up at our pick up point. For the rest, we will provide shipping and tracking info as soon as remaining balance has been received.
