All garments are make specifically for you, and upon request. Therefore we do not accept any return or refund.
We would suggest our client to seek advise from your local tailor, IF your garment requires any alteration, you will be able to claim our alteration subsidies by emailing at: email@example.com with payment prove and alteration invoice. Each item's credit limit as following: Jacket (usd70), Trouesrs (usd30), Shirt (usd20) and vest (usd15).
For any reason if you are directed to our credit department. You will be able to receive a one off credit code via email. There is no time limit for using the code, however each code can only be use once. (All credits can not be transfer or exchange into any kind or form of currency.)
All garments has gone through a series of QC before packing, if a garment has been found faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with prove of images and description, we will happily remake a brand new replacement for you (extra charge might occur, if any change of style or fabric) any report after 14 days from delivery notification email will not be accepted.
